Disclaimer
Please note this web site is not all free services for people who have shown an interest in finding out whether a company has been wound up in insolvency (i.e. placed into liquidation) and we do charge to reveal some information. We only publish information that is taken from public sources. We have taken reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the information published. However, we do not accept any liability if an insolvency appointment has been incorrectly advertised by a liquidator or voluntary administrator or if the liquidation has been terminated. We charge higher fees, if you believe that your company should be removed from this list. Please provide appropriate legal documentation to satisfy us of your claim — for example, a court order terminating the liquidation.
